THIS. If I were to see this car in person, and saw that badge I wouldn't even look twice at any more of that companies products.

Paperwork filled out or not, Your Company name is on that product. Every time Cherry love posts a picture on these very public forums, someone will ask what brand is that crappy fitting carbon fiber hood from? Oh Carbon Creations, I'll pass...

Honestly, I can see both sides of this. Guy buys product, product is crap, new rep gets involved and offers some type of help.... blah blah blah.

I'll play devils advocate... and I'll try not to over indulge with the foul language. I think why Extreme is asking for some simple information is to satisfy that the product was purchased directly from them. How would they know that it wasn't purchased from ABC tool shop, from another member who decided to "alter" the shape to fit their needs, etc...
It's not unreasonable to ask for proof of purchase. During the time it took for this thread to explode to 9 pages, this could have been done several times over.

Now, don't have a "receipt" or proof of purchase? How about credit card or paypal history report or something along that line? They are trying to protect themselves from a worst case scenario. In this case, maybe it's a product that's been abused or altered. Not saying it is... remember, I'm the Devil right now.

If all this has been accomplished and then Cherry gets no satisfaction... it's a problem. Length of time from purchase should not matter in this instance because it's clearly a manufacturer defect.

I would suggest working this out via pm's and without all the drama from supporting members... then post the results. Said results, good or bad will probably happen a lot quicker.

And lastly, I really really hope that y'all don't act or talk like this when you're dealing with someone in public(as opposed to I.T.G.A.).

You get more with honey than you do with flinging poo around. When you get what you want, fling all the crap you want. But, I'm betting you won't want to.

I was ready to chunk down some coin for a cf hood. Now, im not so sure. With the lack of carbon stuff near me, i wanted the look. I understand that seibon makes quality stuff, but you pay for it.

If cherrylove gets a new hood, can i get his old one? Lol.

But customer service should be number1.

But also comes down to customer compliance, but there was a let down somewhere.

Ben,I cant say I always agree with your antics on here..but this is brilliant,from a customer service point of view.
Simple .professional,and to the point.Protects your image and makes a paying customer happy all at once.

I agree 100% here...its a no brainer....get that shit off the internet and market to save your image.
Write off a hood and call it a day.

Cherry Love,dude,just send them their BS paperwork so you can get a hood.
ED...you should already have a hood on the way with a prepaid return shipping label on the way already.

Its the ONLY way you will EVER have a chance of selling ANYTHING on here ...EVER.
We have had others like you with similar customer service skills...and they suffered a similar fate.

or....you dont need us anyway,since your product is so loved by the cobalt,and other forums.
At this point,after all this BS in this thread,I am sure I can speak for most of us when I say my money will go to Seibon(again) if I get any more CF parts after seeing their product in person.

boostlee go away u have done nothing but iratate me when i am only telling my side of the story here to help u guys decide if you want to buy there product before its to late. and tell me why would i pm him about it when you and i have already read that he said his hands arte tied because it has been over a month, and profesionally done is what i did i called and filled out there form and they did nothing about it for me. what else would u like me to say this is pretty obvious that they do not want to take care of there matter here with me, plus they told all of us that there product was shit before and customer service skills to but there still have bad cs skills if they dont want to take care of it. and to you sir ben is not backing me up he is simply expressing his opionion to you on how you r treating me and have treated me, u go big ben

ok quick question here all i need to do is fill out a form again and you will send me a new hood right well im game. but i will not send my hood untill i recieve a hood first i guarentee that.

oh and nogo if you have keep up on this post you would have read that i never started this post to get or recieve anything form people at all, i was just warning you guys and that hood has been untouched by anyone and why would i mod a cf hood get real, the came off ups truck in my house out of the box i smiled and beat my meat jk but anyway then i called my boys they came and made me feel like shit cause the flaws in it then i plated the run arounbd game with them and to this day nothing and it is always going to be a nothing with these people.

You're right, you didn't start this thread to get anything from them. But, this thread sure has devolved from it's original intent... pretty much where all the I.T.G.A. has been coming from. After re-reading my post, I don't see where I accused you of anything nefarious... it's all make-believe, played Devils Advocate.
