I shipped this guy 16 VE valves, retainers, springs in October 4 2010. We agreed on $75 shipped. He said that he only needed 4 valves and had cash in hand to pay me so me being a nice guy I sent all 16 out to him first without getting the money first( learned my lesson). I kept on sending him PM's where's my money. He told me that he was out of work and didn't have any money to pay me and If I could wait a few weeks for him to come up with some cash. I agreed and waited. A few weeks pass and I sent him another pm where's the money. He said he's still looking for a job but If I wanted to trade for some of his stuff. I told him no, because the parts I sent him was my cousin's and he didn't need anything. Fast forward to 12/30/2010. I asked him to send me my money or send back the parts. He responded that it was my valves that messed up his motor and he will not pay me until he finds a motor to replace the damaged one, so I would have to wait. I thought WTF? He had my parts on his car for about 2 months, his motor goes bad (bent valves) and blames it on my parts. Doesn't sound right. I got a Administrator on this site to see what he can do and what his opinion is .
The guy pm'd me 1/15 and said he'll pay me, but it's been two weeks and I don't think it's ever gonna be resolved. I got fed up with this so I just wanted to rant about this situation. BTW, I kept all the PM's between me and this guy.

I've been out of work. I explained my situation to him, and he has money coming when I get paid. Can't really do anything till I get money myself. It's pretty shitty when you're only running car takes a shit when you have no money to fix it and get a job OUT OF TOWN. And by out of town, the other side of the state, 7 hours away. I have money coming in, and as soon as I see my money, he'll see his. I've already explained this to him.

If everyone wants to now view me as a POS cuz of this, than so be it. The economy has been hard on everyone, especially me.

I had money in hand when he and I first set up the deal. I never expected nor asked him to send me the parts without paying. I didn't even get a paypal addy from him till a while after I got the parts, and by then I was unemployed and broke. Had he givin me his addy beforehand, I would have paid immediately like I always do. I never once asked him to send me the parts and pay him later. I also never intended to not pay him. Nor did I anticipate his cousins valve breaking in my engine. I was laid off and out of work for 5 months after he sent the valves. I also explained this to him several times. Had I had a job/income and the ability to pay him I would have. Plain and simple. I'm no scammer, nor have I ever had any sort of negative feedback. One guys parts end up being junk, and I unemployed, and I get fucked.

I've got enough financial problems right now without having to worry about some guy crying about $75 that I already told him I'd pay when I got paid. Kinda have to get my fucking check first before I can pay you.

Or if you want to keep crying and not wait for me to get paid so I can give you your money for your junk parts, and go about the forum like this...

He sent the parts to me weeks after I asked him for his paypal addy to pay him. I had to use the money on other things and was not expecting them. He then sends me a message weeks after I had spent the money and said they were already on their way. I tried to get money together for him, but shit kept coming up. I have 4 kids and the valves were for my daily driver. I was never trying to scam him. I'm paying him this week when I get my first check as I just started my job last week.

If everyone is just going to jump on a bandwagon and bash me than fuck him, and fuck your opinions. I don't need this shit. I've been going through hard times. Yes it was wrong to install them without having paid him, but I need my fucking car. I told him several times that when I got the money together that I'd pay him. It wasn't till after his valve broke in my engine that I told him he'd have to chill and wait cuz his valve fucked my engine.

I finally get back to work and intend on paying the fucking guy when I get my first check, and he goes and does this? And now all of you assholes are jumping in on it?

Fuck it, keep it up, and he won't see a fucking dime. I have no problem justifying that to myself. I've never fucked over a single person on this forum, and never intended to do so to him. But this is leaving me with little choice. You all think I'm a pos scumbag, so fuck it...

I've already said several times that he's getting paid when I get paid. I'm not nor have I said that I'm right in any of this. He sent me the valves of his own free will weeks after I got laid off and had no money. He didn't check with me first or anything. His communication was poor the entire time. It took me almost two months for him to even tell me the parts were coming. I pm'd him several times stating I had money in hand to pay for them on the spot. He'd wait a couple weeks and get back to me with some excuse. I was patient and kept waiting. This happened a few times. Than I got laid off from work and a few weeks later they were magically on their way without him contacting me beforehand to see if I still had money for them. Had he been on top of shit I would have told him I didn't have money. Instead he shipped them. I got them and explained my situation. They sat in my garage for weeks before I even touched them cuz I didn't even have the money to get the misc shit to install them. I didn't just get them and install them and continue about my business all while telling him to go fuck himself. No, I was looking for work and mostly being stuck at home cuz I couldn't even afford gas to go look for a job. I found a job and my priority was a new engine first before his $75. Sorry but my mobility and ability to supply for my family is of greater importance to me. I was never trying to nor ever intended to "scam" him. I told him he'd get paid when I could. I saved and bought my engine and then was saving to pay him when I got called back up to work out of town. Therefore my money than got diverted to going out of town to work and I had every intention of paying with my first check. Believe me when I'm working in this line of work, I don't trip about money, especially not 75 fucking dollars. I even explained this to him but he let his impatience get the best of him and here we are. I don't really blame him, I understand how he feels, but I simply asked for patience till I got my first check. Sorry that this makes me a scumbag to everyone on here.

Ladies, I never asked him to send me them so I could look at them. EVER!! for months while I was still working I asked him for his paypal so I could pay him for them. Got nothing for months and then one day, "They're in the mail." I gave him my address before hand just in case he didn't get it from paypal or whatever and also to help speed along the process because I needed the valves for my car. I only inspected them beyond seeing if they were bent since they came from the engine his cousin blew up.

I never once asked him to ship them to me on good faith and when he did I had been unemployed for over a month and was broke. I had a little bit of side work, but bills and my family were my priority, not payment for the valves especially since I never asked him to send them before I fuckin paid his stupid ass

I feel bad for the whole situation, and believe i did try to pay him several times, but the joker is a POOR COMMUNICATOR. Since when the hell do you go weeks at a time while trying to make a transaction? Even after he sent them and I pm'd him he still took over a week to respond. I tried communicating with him the entire time yet he failed over and over.

Now when I ask him yet again for his paypal so I can pay him when my check comes, he tells me he doesn't want the money and that crim gets it instead. I don't think so. Bitch wanted the money so badly that he had to get the entire forum involved and then tells me suck it? Lol.

I guess I really am a piece of shit scumbag. Ask ALL of the members that I've dealt with in the past. I always pay immediately without fail BEFORE I ever expect a part to be sent my way, and I ship same or next day. There has only been two times that I haven't shipped by next day and one I was working out of town. The other I was super busy with work and family problems but he still got his parts and he's gonna get his money back.

I don't want the money. As far as I'm concerned once he's been paid we can clean this entire thread up to just the facts and move on. It is what it is, I think mistakes were made on both sides.

If he posts up that he no longer wants the money... well... *head smash*

And to happynole, the reason for my animosity is my now crushes reputation in a community that I've taken pride in for years. A family that I've cherished so much yet so quickly turned against me over something like this. That, my friend, would be the reason for my "mean-spiritedness."

Suffice it to say, I'll not longer be a part of this community anymore after this.

I don't like to cause any trouble on this forum. I use this forum to help me fix my cars and to see what's new and gain personal knowledge about our cars and motors. As you can see, I don't sell anything here. When I see a fellow member that needs a part that I have lying around, I try to help out that person. I've sent a couple parts out to fellow members and never asked I dime for it even for shipping. I'm not rich or anything but I help out when I can. I may sound like a moron, but I don't want to get in a online dispute and have peoples reputations or feelings hurt. That's why I gave Luka so much time to correct the problem before I went public. What's done is done, and I'm sorry but I had to let the forum know what happened. As far as the money, I'll Pm Luka and settle this with him. Peace.
