I agree with Viperdude..... You broke your own policy, therefore your entire policy means nothing. Refund him the money, pay for the shipping and you will have filled your end of the bargain since that would be the thing to do for a normal business. At this point your policy means nothing, you broke it. If you do not have the 80 bucks to refund, you do not deserve to be in business. I am interested to see if you respond to this or just ignore it and spend the money at the local strip club or something, lol. I will never buy from a company that does not stock anything, since I do not consider that a business. Anyone can set up a webpage and have things dropshipped. I had a business account with options auto salon starting way back in 01 and believe my friend still has it open, just so my friends and I could get good deals on parts. Takes a small buy in and a business liscence and bam, wholesale pricing. I hope you make good on this as it is only 80 bucks and your already shoddy reputation is on the line.

Seriously consider that good customer service is your frontline, word travels fast on the internet and your reputation is at stake with potential customers.

Viprude deserves what he paid for, nothing more and nothing less and any company worth its salt would be more than happy to rectify the situation.

Let me explain this once again.
I was never informed that this part number was discontinued, until Viperdude received the item. When this order was submitted and our 3 warehouses showed to be not in stock, I decided to drop ship from StopTech. THEY automatically substituted this item and processed the order.
If I had known this was going to happen I would have never completed the order. I chose to drop ship in order to meet his deadline to receive this order by the 15th. I eat an extra drop ship fee...not him. I did this to satisfy the customer.

I am a firm believer in making sure the customer is satisfied and working with him to achieve that. If I had known that this was discontinued I would have done exactly as my policy states, and notified him.

When I had found out that the order had been changed I emailed my distrubutors, I didnt get an immediate response so I called StopTech directly. They told me that part nuber 102.42054 was discontinued and that they also no longer offer E-coating.

Since my policy is my policy, I am not going to allow Viperdude to send me the calipers....However to prove to him and every one else on here...I will COMPLETELY refund him his money.....just to show that I am an honest person...

So, Viperdude...my apologies for this, and any inconvenience that you may have encountered.

You may, keep, sell, destroy the rotors.

Yeah, that is good and fine, but I don't want to return them only to have $80 credit to your place of business, especially after all of this bullshit.

I want to send you back the rotors, and you give me back my money. That is the only option available.

You broke your own policy first by having it written the way it is.

Depending on how you paid, file a dispute with your credit card company. Let them go to bat for you. Paypal is only 45 days, my credit card company will let me file up to 90. If they did not notify you of the change within the 48 hrs as per their policy, get your money back. Send the cc company copy of your emails and their company policy......... IT DOES WORK!!!!!!

What prompted you to shop there, Their site sucks to say the least. No pictures of the actual product, no details, doesn't show stock or out of stock .

That was the few places that claimed that they had the StopTech brand rotors that I originally wanted.

No other reason other than this site claimed to have the product I was looking for.

Go ahead and google the part number or brand name. You do not get a lot of proper returns back. But, makes sense since it is not being produced anymore.
