1. Jordan, you are WRONG. You have seen a B13 in person and on the road in the past year

2. Kyle, I'm disappointed that you give Ray full credit for MY pyramid/ponzi scheme. That was mine and mine alone. Unfortunately you SR20 people were too smart for me so I had to move on to the Honda crowd to steal their money and business is booming for me

3. Kyle, I also want to point out that you and others feel that people have different internet personas than real-life in-person. That is not the case, I am just as much of an *sshole, maybe more so in person

I'll go back to my hibernation for a few more years. Or you guys could ban me. It's all the same to me

This message was completely an entirely written by me, Kieran Lavin. Go F*ck Yourself, I'm an *sshole and I approve this message

Vadim: your false perceptions do not constitute Oscar as an antagonist in the most recent exchange between you two.

Oscar posting in my for sale threads and posting the link (which is 80% lies) is no different than someone having an open house while some other guy is standing on the front lawn telling everyone who shows up not to buy it. How do you not see that? It's as clear as day.

I bet what happened is, you bought the header, previous seller probably omitted the damage & fixing, you didn't like it so you decided to sell it in the same deceptive manner..

Oh man. I can't.. I just.. wow. The HEADER WAS INSTALLED ON THE CAR WHEN I BOUGHT THE CAR.

I bet, if Oscar ripped you off, you probably wouldn't sleep an hour without bitching endlessly and asking us to permaban him and everyone he knows.

He ripped of my reputation with lies and libel. Vadim, your entire post is filled with false assumptions and accusations. I had no idea that you were there with me in Pennsylvania when I shipped the header, and then flew to California to receive it with Oscar. That's some dedication!

BTW, for those of you who are too young to remember, or weren't around then, Kieran Lavin is one of the founding members of SERCA. Him & Ray did A LOT of work to get those conventions going, (first one I went to they ran was 2001 in D.C.) - they are SE-R royalty.

Ok, really out this time

All you did was change Ray to Kieran because Kieran pulled a "Kieran Lavin" and you fell for it.

To set the record straight:
I don't understand what you are trying to say at all in your statement of "pay to play". Kieran and I ran two VERY successful conventions and the second one damn near cost us our friendship. Organizing events that large, successfully, are time consuming and stressful. The 2006 convention was successful in that the SERCA NorthEast region, that Kieran and I ran, was able to pay for the convention as well as pay back the loan to National bank account and make money for our region. The next convention LOST that money and spent all of the national accounts money. George and Leslie Peters ran the last convention that received any SERCA funds. The NorthEast and the SouthEast regions gave the last of their *region* bank accounts (separate accounts not personal accounts) to the Vegas convention and that was the end of SERCA.

We were stupid enough to attempt to do a third in 2011 in an attempt to try and salvage an event that brought a community of friends together. We put it out there in the same format as it was previously and we got very little interest. Including from people we assumed that would attend. We were willing to provide the SEED money to do it but with no attendees we were not going to pay the track fee out of our pockets for 10 people. So we cancelled and refunded ALL monies collected and decided not to do it. Shortly after that the CT crew decided to do an event timed around what we were planning and it got more interest. Mostly as Cody said the "new" group wanted different things. We moved on, happily!

There was no scheme, it was just two SE-R guys wanting to run a convention that brought many of our best friends, that we have met through the SE-R, together again.

You asked where did we go after 2011? I was at the Atlanta convention a few years back and have not attended any conventions since. Why, because nobody that I knew and hadn't seen otherwise was going, and the dates and times didn't coincide with my schedule. Jordan had asked about going to this years but I was on a cruise so I couldn't attend. I still see and converse with many friends that I've met through the SE-R community and still consider most of them some of my best friends.

So I respectfully request you remove the entire paragraph about Kieran or myself as they are nothing but wrong and almost slanderous. I've wasted entirely too much time replying to this as I *DO NOT* need to defend myself or Kieran to you or anyone else. Those who know us personally know who we are and what we have done for the SE-R community. For those who want to touch base with me feel free to find me on Facebook, Google Hangouts or text me as my number has been the same for the last 16 years.

(format, model, strategy, plan of action, strategem, arrangement, blueprint, design, game, game plan, ground plan, master plan, program, project, road map, plan, system)

Pay to Play meant you chose what events you wanted to participate in and paid for them, ahead of time. No one wanted to do it cause they are cheap and that ruined that event, is that correct? (if that is incorrect, please someone remind me)

Not once did I ever mean that anyone was selfishly profiting from anything. That is a sad and perverted idea that has come from some other source.

Once again, I cannot stress that scheme was NOT meant as a negative connotation. I have no clue who or why that is being sold to you as an idea. I have made amendments to my original post to relfect that along with apologies. In no way was that slander OR libel. There is no malevolent intention behind those words and that fact that you here means someone told you otherwise.

Kyle: I simply sent Ray a screen shot of your post implying he was a fraudster or running a scheme. Hell, if someone publically accused me of doing that I would want to know too. Wouldn't you? You had no evidence and that was a pretty rotten accusation to say about a guy who devoted sooo much time to this community. Ray & Kieran have have done more for this community than all of us posting in this thread have combined. The 2001 convention they ran in DC was incredible. The most SR20 powered cars I have ever seen in one place. Not to say the more recent conventions weren't good too. But those guys devoted sooo much time to these things. If I was Ray I would be astonished I was being accused of something like that. So, since he's a good friend of mine, I thought it would be right for me to let him know. You'd do the same. Peace
