I cann't agree with you more. If you have the tracking no, And can see that it left the seller I'm more than happy to wait. This isn't the first thing I bought from the states and won't be the last.

Correct. If there is facts/proof and some semblance of reasonable language (even righteous anger expressed) I would have read the thread out of curiosity, and not said a word. It is none of my business as I have not done business with either party.

However, just reading Derm's first post in this thread, I thought "WTF?" and basically told him to grow up and give us the facts. With my usual...uh....flair for the English language.


He speaks and writes better English than many of our American-based forum members. (See the commentary by nissansr20nx below.)

He cusses pretty good too. A bit limited, but he has fully grasped the nuances of "cunt" and "f*ck you." Those are pretty good cornerstones of any proper cussing repertoire.

x2 i dont think this should be 6 pages of people off on derm , if u were waiting that long with no reply i would be pist , even tho snickers is going through some **** right now from what i read but a update here and there would be nice ... some people dont understand either how when u own ur own business how much times u have to bs but the customers pay the bills

danny isnt a mechanic but know the basics and usually give advise when things happen to him , can be right or can be wrong its ur choice to listen to it but gives info of what u should of done by that point anyways ... when it comes to getting things shipped i would definately listen to him cause he knows his **** ... ive known danny for longer then some newbies have been alive and has been in the nissan game longer then me , hes a good guy , u either love him or hate him but that said in sure he dont give a fuk what u say about him

i know a lot of you have loyalty towards "snickers" but this turned into a let's diss derm thread. The guy is helping out the community in a sense. it' ok for the parts to take a while, but not contacting your customer or staying in touch is bad business, straight up, they should learn that in How to operate a Business 101 class

I opened a claim against Charles at Paypal. He had the oppertunity until the 29'th to reacked. the 28'th he agreed to refund me?

My first question is Y do he had to wait until the 28'th to refund me?
