Its not like we are some small company in somebodys basement trying to sell EBAY knock off turbos. We are a multi million dollar a year company with 20 employees. You dont get that big by selling cheap turbos and having crappy customer service. I wont post in this thread any more if it is going to be a bash SBR thread.

stop being so defensive. no one is trying to bash your company. we here are a network of people trying to help each other and yes, that means if there is a company that did the wrong thing, we are going to try to prevent it from happening in the future.

why don't you be a man and take one. if people see you take initiative here and fix the problem (whether your fault or not, and to be honest with you it seems like it is) then people may see that you're not so bad after all.

all you've done so far is tried to defame Budsang's character instead of trying to figure out how to fix things. and "i wont post in this thread anymore if it is going to be a bash SBR thread" just shows what kind of person you are.

if i were you, i would try to fix this problem as soon as possible (AKA customer service). we don't only own SR powered cars. we have other cars too. and we are on other forums. and we know people on other forums.

We have tried to fix the problem for almost 10 weeks. He will not return the turbo because of the re-stocking fee. He got exactly what he ordered, a T3 turbo with a Garrett center section and 4 bolt outlet. We as a company did what we were supposed to and gave a customer exactly what they ordered. I am just a sales person at the company, the owner of the company saw that he got exactly what he ordered and that is why there is the fee. If it was up to me there would not have been a fee and I would have switched him out to something else, that simple. Being that our supplier was going to charge us the re-stocking fee means that we have to charge one too. End of story I know it sucks but it happened 3 months ago and I have done all I can do to resolve it. Sorry.

Ill tell you what, I am in the market for a 50 trim for my other 240sx, I will buy it back from you if that will make you happy. I will pay exactly what you paid for it. That is how much faith I have in the turbo. If that wont make you happy I dont know what will. Let me know.

I have already posted that I personally would buy it back. Waiting for an answer. It is a genuine garret center section learn to read the post on our site where it says its a garrett center section. We market them as SBR turbos so some of them ( mostly the DSM bolt ons ) do not come with the tag. READ BEFORE YOU POST.

Not insulting anyone, I simply stated that I would buy the turbo back at the full price that he paid for it and use it on my personal car. That is the only way he will get his money back in full. Either use the turbo on a car, return it and get charged the 20% fee, or I will buy it back at the price he paid. I dont think I am being unfair considering he bought the turbo 11 weeks ago.

Most of the garrett turbos have the tags and stamps on th housings, but when you use your own housings there are no markings. I cant keep saying it enough, its a garrett center section. I have told the customer what I can do for him and now I am out of it. Budsang PM me if you want me to buy it back and use it on my personal car.

your attempt to remedy the situation comes too late. Had you offered this earlier when i wanted a refund, we wouldn't be here right now. I was only told refund it and lose 20%, or $111. I wasn't going to lose that money, so i was just hoping the warranty was good. I wasn't going to stand by, i had to continue with my project with what i had available. So...the exhaust housing was ceramic coated, and the comp housing was powdercoated.

So, i am not asking for a refund...I have too much money and time vested in the turbo now. I just wanted the community to know exactly what happened...I will not use you ever again...and i will never recommend you to anyone else ever again.
