Thread: DAXX Pretty sure this guy screwed me!

when you put something up for sale it should be ready to be shipped out within a weeks time. I get out motors within a weeks time, any part under 100 pounds that can go UPS or USPS will be shipped out within 1-3 days.

When you take someones money you should have that money on hand until tge customer gets his parts and is satisfied with them.

If someone has the time to post parts for sale and has the time to accept the money they damn well should have time to ship out your parts. Lets remember that the money sent was payment for parts and shipping. If you cant leave your house UPS, USPS and FEDEX will come and pick it up. If he has friends someone can do the job for him.

This situation is not fare to anyone who has sent their money to DAXX. At some point people need to understand 3-4 months is not in any way fare, and at this point and time some serious action must be taken.

I agree but 3-4 month that's rediculous.....for guys that has sent me a couple of items with no problems it's hard to say...maybe someone that lives in the area can get in contact with him?

I'm posting this using my blackberry. I'm taking too long and whatnot which is true.There are 3 items I know I have not shipped. THe ve headN ve crank and the raim air. With the crank I will end up refunding as well as the ve head. I will get with these buyers to further progress the transaction. The ram air I just saw the box the other day at the garage. All these pieces I have had for awhile and under certain circumstances it has delayed without excuse. I have moved 3 times this past year and all my parts go with me so that is one reason why I have been delayed in addfition to other personal concerns.
Also all my stuff are located in two garages so I go back and forth between these two pack label and sched for pick up or pack and have my bro take care of it. As of now I'm in a middle of another move and can say will be myt last for at least a year. For Jagy I contacted your buyer and he has requested a refund.Ken I already PM'd you about the crank and just want acknowledgement...Vadim or any other mod can u please indicate in my FS titles 'delayed shipping or something'.

Just to clarify with the ve head...jagy was the original buyer. When I was ready to ship he wanted to sell. He sold it and at that time I was asking for an address and he gave it to me after some time he gave it to me then my sched got all screwy. For those who have dealt with me, yes I took long but then I made sure you guys were compensated with an additional part but no one knows that. Some people are quick with the name calling and you are so respectable and resposible too...sure you are. For the open and respectful criticism thank you, I respect that 100 percent. It seems some guys think I'm here to screw people around but I'm genuinely not. So for those who show disrespect you no longer have my attention.For those who do show respect and have been vouching for me, thank you so much.

I want to clarify my earlier comment was a suggestion to Donald to hold off on selling things because of his situation. The delays are probably causing him more headaches than good. People have a right to be upset, but name calling is totally unnecessary.

I do want to say that I bought an ECU from Donald and he was not late on the shipping. Maybe when things are better I may have interest in something else he is selling.

I will vouch for this guy forever and I have never met him. He is a stand up guy in a bad situation unfortunately but I know he will come out of it and he will build the best of a car he always wanted and will enjoy life again like he wanted to.

I really don't like posting on forums but it just felt like I had to voice my opinion and stick up for the people who hasn't got their parts or refund. From other people's post, its pretty clear on whats going on, and would never do business with him.

You gotta admit, if I never made that post, DAXX would of never took action.

Calm down tough guy, hah getting all personal here. Well good thing that its finally been taken care of after all these months. The reason why I'm sticking up for people is the same reason why your sticking up for DAXX.
