Thread: Chump Car at Mosport

This weekend I'm driving on John Dattomo's Team in CHUMPCAR World Series at Mosport on the GP track. 7 hour race on Saturday and again on Sunday. Wow, that is exciting - how did it go Frank?

We had a great time. Saturday the weather was perfect. We finished 8th out of 40 entries. Sunday was overcast and lightly raining the first hour. I got in the car at 10:45 and it was a downpour. Some of my slowest laps at Mosport - the Miata would skip out accelerating out of turns in fourth gear. Unfortunately, it just got worse and one of my co-driver's put it into the wall just after lunch - ending our day. There were two cars in our team, the first car (Civic) finished fourth on the first day and third on the second.
