B15 Ecu
Hey Calum,

Have you had a chance to start looking into the B15 ECU? If not, is this something you have planned for late 2008 or 2009+? Just want to check, cause I have e-manage on my B15 and will "stay the course" if you do have an idea of when one might be out. If not, then I'll start planning for the B14 ECU conversion.

Thanks,

Jeff

I can't speak for Calum, but IMO do the B14 conversion. It really isn't that hard at all. Well documented and the service manuals list ever pin to cross reference. With Pinout and soldering iron in hand I think it took me maybe 4 hours to do it. Everything works like stock. Just have to replace the idle valve with b14 style.

I know, and I've read many of your posts, but I'm hard-headed.

I got the VE in, so the idle valve is just sitting there not doing anything...

By the way, Calum, I know we spoke about you needing my B15 ECU pigtail a while back, but I still needed it at the time to trace wires. I'm all done now, so just let me know when you need it.

ur not the only one with a b15 ve that has the idle valve is just sitting there not doing anything, so i just give it a bit of gas for a bit (less then 10sec) and then it idles at 7-800rpm range

I don't really need it as on the B15 almost EVERYTHING is on the TB. So, I had a buddy make an adapter so I'm using the B15 TB on the VE ITM.

No use for those VE plugs.
