SE-R Prices on the rise?
Ive noticed SE-R's going for alot more money these days. I already know from experience not to sell them on the forum but when you sell on autotrader or craigs list you tend to get more money but the prices Ive been seeing are alot higher than usual

1991 NISSAN SENTRA, ser, 50k on sr20det motor, 230 horsepower, fast and light too, wildwood big brake kit, too much too list, invested over 10k, sacrifice, $6000

1993 NISSAN SENTRA SE-R, beautiful cond, well serviced, freeway miles, a great running SE-R, in stock condition with 5spd trans, and sunroof, asking 285,000 miles $4600

SE-R model with a black top SR20DE. This car runs great, drives beautifully, and is outright fast. The car is an absolute blast to drive and I hate to sell it, but unfortunately I've hit that time in my life where I just need something more practical. 95% of the miles are highway miles, as I commute a 100 miles roundtrip for work daily. Most parts have been replaced or upgraded. All reciepts from all parts and all work done on the car are available. I also have an aray of different extra parts for the car. Its upgrades include: - JDM Black top sr20de - cold air intake - K&N air filter - header, straight pipe, and muffer - full coil-over suspension - front sway bar - roll cage with crossbar - battery relocation kit - gauges - enlarged front rotors and pads - oil filter relocation kit. 225,000 Miles $3000

very clean 1992 nissan sentra se-r for sale. exterior color is white and in great condition, no rust, no body damage whatsoever, clean title, SR20 motor that runs extremely strong, full suspension with struts and tie bars, original se-r alloy wheels with brand new tires, intake, full exhaust, aftermarket fog lights, immaculate interior! you wont find an se-r with such well maintained bucket seats, no wear or tear, flip down blackout sony xplod cd player and upgraded speakers, cd changer, functioning sunroof! cant think of a single thing that doesnt work properly or look great. great gas mileage, just smogged, an excellent daily driver, reliable and fun to drive, hate to let it go. $4,500

IMHO every one of those prices are crazy.. or could it be that our once cheap cars have joined the rare tuner car club?

Anything over 200000 miles with only a DE should not be over $2000.

Good SE-Rs are going for more. I've seen 3-4 selling in the 3-4k range up this way. Crappy ones still go for under a grand. I think the tide is turning for the B13 SE-R and is about two years past bottom for the NX.

Not only SE-Rs but everything in general is going up.

Maybe it's a regional thing. Here is a clean 93 stock with 110K for $2500 and I know he would take less. I would guess $2200.

I think we are still 2-3 years out until prices start getting a little higher. I have actually noticed lower prices now as people are jumping to newer older cars.

We also need to get rid of a lot of cars in order for the prices to actually go up with a new generation of drivers. I do not see this happening anytime soon. But I do see where you are going.

I recall you live in Utah. The outlying areas are always going to lag a bit. Its also stock the others are modded. I know that's not always good but tons of mods do add to the price.

I disagree. I think we are there right now. Being from LI I think the west has more of a market for cars. More 5speeds more MR2s Miatas GSRs SE-Rs etc.
