right under the PCV hose, what is that? Is that a vacuum hose disconnected??

That is the injector harness end. its the hard plastic shielding. we are replacing the JDM sensor for the USDM sensors Tomorrow, and will update.

I know that on the b13 you need the de ficd, which was my initial thought on your idle issues. Don't know what sensors are required to swap over on the b14, but on the b13 you need the usdm ficd, coolant temp sensors, oil pressure sensor, distributor (which im pretty sure the ve dist works for you) and obviously the de maf and ecu. Id probably start with any of those that you may not have swapped over.

Triple check your maf...reground it to the chassis! Also check alllll the vacuum lines like on the gallery. My car ran like garbage for the longest time until I notice my lines were not put on correctly.

In the video looks like the engine still has the jdm ficd (fast idle control device) which from what I've seen on line is different than the usdm unit. I would expect replacing that will fix the issue.

Hex shaped and has a purple plug on the intake manifold.

That's the iacv. The harness has been converted.
