Who uses solid or modified subframe bushes in their P11?
Hi team,

Interested in opinions of changing the potentially worn out rubber bushes that hold the subframe to the chassis with either solid Ali or plastic (or something else).
Also if anyone knows the dimensions.
Any experience or feedback is very appreciated.

Sub-frame polyu 90a bushings
I did, a fellow forum member creates them out of 90a shore polyurethane.

Those bushings are extremely flimsy and should be replaced on any G20/Primera that is serious about handling.

Purchased from Loren at LoCo Performance

P.S. @Manny is the sub-frame bushing removing pro. Certified.

I do and they don't require removal of the subframe and takes less then 20 minutes to install, and will eliminate the suframe from moving, this is a very rewarding mod on the P11 by the way.

Aluminum will rattle the shit out of the cabin next followed very close buy poly...........but mines are delrin inserts and actually are very tunable, I can make them stiffen up the subframe as if it were running poly or aluminum which is all dependent on how much preload I decide to use or not when I made them, I settled on a good happy medium preload, these will not rattle the cabin at all and will eliminate movement down to within high thousands of and inch to low low tenths of an inch, compared to the 1/2" or more so of deflection the stock rubber bushings allow. Very good mod for eliminating a lot of wheel hop and make the car feel much more connected to the road.

p.s. Mines are made of Delrin by the way
