Thread: Break Pads & Rotors Confusion...help

Hey guys, this is my first time doing brakes on my car. I had my older brother helping me out. I bought plain Brembo 257 ( part #25494) rotors and hawk hps (part # HB213F.626) for my ad22vf. When we successfully install everything back, I checked the rotors, and they were not rotating (car was in neutral). My brother checked if the brake pads were compatible with my car. He said they weren't. I did some research and saw some threads of members recommending hawks hps. Now Im confused and don't know if the pads or rotors are wrong. My brother recommended me "EBC Green Stuff".Anybody heard of them?

Brembo part number 25494 is the correct part number for the larger and thicker rotor.

I sell the Hawk HPS pads and the part you have is correct. The ears need slight modification. Grind away some material on the inner parts to enlarge the distance between each notch so it will fit in the caliper bracket.
