It raised it 3/8". One foot note. In order to use with adjustable Koni's, I recommend buying a M12X1.25 die and extend the threads 1/4" - 1/2" down on the damper's rod. If you don't do that you'll need a spacer in addition to the spacer hat supplied by Tein. The other downside to not cutting additional threads will be the Koni supplied adjustment knob won't be able to grab on to the adjustment nub very well because it's recessed into the top nut of the damper. See picture below for what I'm referring to.

Might need to pick these up for the NX. These should work just fine on the Progress CoilOvers?

Are the damper rod threads M12X1.25 on the Progress? If not, then you'd have to source the correct Tein top nut. I suppose if you struck out and were ambition enough, you could fab something up.

I took the car for a spin, yesterday. I was a little concerned about adding ride harshness from these. Much to my surprise it was not an issue. I think the added ride height helped with the slight bump steer I was getting. I also dialed out some of the neg. camber the car had and gave it the most detailed toe alignment I could muster with strings and jack stands. It feels really good right now. The car is straight as an arrow and the steering is nice and light. It could use a little more neg. camber to get that bite on corner entry for the track, but at the moment it perfect for the street. I'm not sure I'll mess with it any further.

I definitely recommend you guys do this mod. You can definitely get your camber dialed with precision using these. I'm very happy with them.
