B13 SE-R brake pad / rotor "choices"
I'm just trying to get some OEM-equivalent pads and rotors for my B13 SE-R as that is the last step before I can get it on the road, and the auto parts stores are having a nightmare trying to sort it out. First the issue is "US or Japan built", second VIN is "N" so North America it is. But even then there are apparently a "multitude of options" so they are ordering a bunch of these "options" in hopes that I can match something up tomorrow.

Is it really that complicated or is it just a bunch of computer system BS? On that note, does it even actually matter if it is "J" or "N"? What could this "multitude of options" for a B13 SE-R possibly be?

The parts books have been screwed up from day 1 when it comes to B13 brakes. For the fronts, you need US built, 250mm, vented. Japan built would be 257mm, which is what comes on the NX2000.

Rock Auto has these for $8.71 each.
BECK/ARNLEY Part # 0802390 US Built; Standard Vented; Front [Wholesaler Closeout - Private Label Pkg. - 30 Day Warranty] (Only 19 Remaining)

They also have allot of pads on closeout.

Would you happen to have the specs for the rears as well? Sounds like I had a match on the fronts, but no confirmation yet on the rears.

Rear - You need solid 234mm, not 258mm.

Sounds like I got the right ones on order thanks to the confirmation provided here. Specifically the rears, turns out they in fact had the 234mm and the 258mm and I made sure the right ones were sent.

Thank you very much!

Sure thing, glad to help. B13 brake shopping is not noob friendly.
