RS*R springs

Sooo i found a set of this for my B12 and i want to know if they are stiffer than tha H&R springs i have right now..Any info/specs for this??

H&R's are better, at least for P11's. RS*R's are pretty soft and low from what I remember.

The one's i found are 30mm, a litlle higher than the Η&R i have.I want the car to be stiff but not much.I also found some Eibachs.Maybe i should take this

Here in Greece is super hard to find these..Hell even some APEX i can't find!!I wanted to buy some GC but the shipping cost will kill me...
