Yes, these are meant to relocate the tie rods under the knuckle to reduce bump steer and are a stronger part. the factory ball joint style tie rods are replaced with these.

Same here. Mine says "Ship (P/U) date: Wed 1/09/2013", "Estimated delivery: N/A", "Initiated–Shipment information sent to FedEx". No new information as of yesterday.
