One way valve on Brake Booster
Went past the junkyard today and noticed a One Way Valve (similar to a PCV valve) in the brake booster hose of a 1.6 Sentra (auto). The valve is just a bit bigger.
As far as I recall the SR20's don't have this valve in the brake booster hose. Or am I mistaken? Is it an Auto thing? Can it do any harm to fit it to my VVL B13/N14 chassis?
I've noticed if I jhave my foot on the brake, and I switch the car off, then the brake pedal will get harder and push up about an inch. The opposite happens if I have my foot on the brake pedal and I start the car. It will drop about an inch.
