What size will the bar be up front? Are all the materials steel or aluminium? I wonder what the added weight of traction bars end up at?

Question: why is the bar across the front required? Can't the lower control arms just be attached directly to say the tow hook mounts? Or is it an interference issue with the front wheels?

The front rad support is thin and flexes, as do the strut towers, even more so if you have the bummpr support off or cut.

it would make a diffrence to have that bar.

Just out of curiosity, if you were able to make the tubing out of pure carbon fibre, how would you secure the rose joints to the carbon?

My only gripe with traction bars is the added weight.
