Not even close on either count son, and it has nothing to do with maturity.

There are lots of first-time car buying youngsters on this forum, and some folks that bought these cars brand new (like me) and therefore a huge age-range.

If you haven't noticed, most old farts have lots more disposable income than youngsters. That's generally how careers work, and why we also have a huge income range on this forum.

You sound like a broke-ass kid with your stated opinion on what amount is dumb to spend on wheels for your Sentra.

Hence my rather innocuous statement about age and income. Seems like I hit a nerve.

It's wise for a young man to save and invest his hard earned money.

The stupid people in my age and income tax bracket have already paid cash for their houses and have no need for additional investments.

At least we both agree on Xonix Digital's statement.

Although I kind of mix those two, both buying top quality stuff and beating the crap out of my toys.

in the end
buy 5 of whatever you decide on. it's always nice to have a spare because they may be out of production when the need arises

Buy the lightest and strongest wheel you can afford if your goals are performance oriented. Also pay attention to your end goal with regards to brake calipers. It could effect your wheel choice. If the wheels don't fit it's pointless to consider.

The 949 and the Enkei rfp1 are good choices.

Your opinion is not everyones reality.

I have probably spent more money on my Classic than what many people on this forum have earned as a lifetime income. I guess I am dumb as fuck.

Anyone who is putting money in these cars as an investment is dumb but, my personal satisfaction has no limits. So if it's a part that is worth more than the car itself then so be it.

BTW my Classic as well as many others on this forum are worth a shitload more that $1500. Maybe your bucket is not worth that much.

This man speaks the truth. Best wheels on the market when you weigh price to quality.
