How much? I wAnt a pair for mine.

About $35 shipped for the 12x12 sheet. Maybe a bit more for the 1" sheet. They are easy as pie to cut out with a jigsaw/drill. Apparently you can get 5 of them out of that sheet, although I think that guy performed witchcraft to get more than 4 out of it.

I forget how much the board was, but I bought it off Amazon. The guy only charged me 30 bucks to do job. Best thing to do is take it to a local machine or body shop as they usually will know someone that has the ability to get it done for you.



I'm still amazed myself lol.

I figured I would update this thread since I'm about to install the kit now that it is complete. Most of this is copy and paste from my build thread, so if you have any questions, just let me know.



Custom spacer for (rear only)



Front top hat plate with extended bolts.



^Ok, so this is where it gets tricky, first let me talk terminology. I'm probably calling this stuff the wrong name, but here we go anyway.

In this pic you have the front top hat plate cover to the left, in the middle you have the rear top hat plate cover, then the spacer. I need to use the rear cover plate, the spacer, and a front top hat to accomplish my goal.

What did you make the gasket out of? I hope the spacer works for you, I can't wait to hear your review!

I made the gasket for him' at work it's a gasket material that we use at work

Looks like some type of polyethylene, most probably HDPE (High-density polyethylene), very much like what a lot of kitchen cutting boards are made out of. @sr20b14vvl, any way you can confirm this? I know this is an older thread, but I may be looking to do something like this here soon.

looks like corian to me.
