Sounds like crappy pads to me too. What condition were the rotors in?

Brand new rotors. I've felt it out some more. Switched to different front calipers that slide better. Regreased everything and still the same thing. I think it might be a booster issue.

Try pulling the hose from the intake manifold to the booster. Make sure it allows flow in one direction and doesn't in the other. I've had the check valves in that hose stick before.

Just to update. I finally fixed this problem a few weeks ago. There was a chunk of dirt stuck in the hard line that went between the intake manifold and brake booster. Vacuum to the booster was present but not very strong. I ended up putting a replacement tube in place and it fixed up my booster problem. Now I just have to troubleshoot a spongy pedal which I think will require bleeding of my master cylinder.

U might have to adjust the rod fir the master cylinder to booster
