Seriously?

From reading the Suspension Thread, your answer should be dead obvious. There is no need for some "informal poll" as you are requesting.

A. Nissan OEM

B. Intrax

C. Nismo

D. Nu Tech

E. Progress

F. Suspension Techniques

G. Whiteline

Which choice, from the Suspension Thread, seems to be the correct choice to you sir? I'll give you a couple of hints, it has the most information posted, is adjustable, and has hiem link ends. I even flat-out name it as "thee best for your ride."

NONE of that has changed in the last seven (7) months.

If you fail this quiz, you get banned for two (2) weeks so that you have plenty of time to re-read the Section on Sway Bars until you get the correct answer.

Good luck.

i wanna say that you SHOULD NOT install just an upgraded RSB unless you have insane driving/road racing skills that will allow you to handle the tremendous amounts of oversteer that "the best" RSB will add to your ride.

just my opinion from personal experience and a few other threads i've read that reinforce that notion.

your car will be FUCKING fun as all get out 60 and under... but twitchy at higher speeds and downright dangerous in th 80's and 90's...

I don't rock an aftermarket sway bar on my hardbody truck... and the 360 Modena stock suspension is good enough to not need a rear sway... oh...

that doesn't help?

I've heard posting what car that you drive helps...

What do you drive, what do you use it for (daily duty, dust collecting, autocross, time trials, road rally, dirty rally, track days, drag, etc.) will really help in getting you an answer.

I would say that a B14 has more of a "need" for a rear sway than a B13.

If u have a b13, take off ur front bar, done, cheap and easy and now u car will oversteer more often!

Something else was wrong with your car if this happened to you. The alignment was bad, the tires were mismatched, the tire pressures were wacky, or something. Or you didn't install the adjustable (progress) rear sway bar. With the progress rear bar on full soft, you're going to have less oversteer than stock, but you'll still have oversteer, and plenty of it at all times under all conditions. You have to go up to the middle setting to even begin to flirt with oversteer's third cousin's dog's trainer. What other threads have you been reading that reinforced your notion?

Ben is absolutely correct.

I have Hyperco/AGX and all the suspension trimmings on my B13.

Stock Nissan FSB.

My Progress RSB set on "medium." It is very nuetral to...a bit of understeer remaining, the front end will still "push" before the back end swings around.

I feel perfectly safe, even when I drove the shit out of it (for me) on the Roebling Road track. I sure as hell did not have any oversteer, not even close far as I could tell (with my limited skills). And that was at speeds greater than VQman quotes. I have never under any circumstances experienced oversteer on a public road. And I drive around clover leafs and whatnot....very spiritedly.

That is WHY the Progress bar is adjustable. For various set-ups, street to track and various drivers, novice to bad-ass.

Unless you have major skills (no lying to yourself) and experience on road courses, I would not recommend the stiffest setting. Duh. You will probably end up backwards and/or qualifying for a Darwin-Award.

For anybody with a B13, go buy the Progress bar and set it appropriately. It is a no-brainer, nothing to think about or any polls necessary.
