It really depends what you're after. Performance-wise the Progress Coilovers purchased with their recommended spring rates (or higher) and using their predetermined damping will be better than the AGX/RM combo.
If you're after comfort, damping adjustability and/or OEM-levels of noise and longevity the AGX/RM would likely be the better choice.
