Thread: Tire Size Question

The tire setup on my car right now is a little screwed up.

Car: 99 Sentra SE-L
Front Tires: Runway Enduro-556's Bad Tread/Leak/Been repaired twice>40%
Rear Tires: Yokomaha Avid T4's Decent Tread/Hold Air at 75%
All of them are 195-55-15

Now I really need new front tires because I have been having a hard time getting around in the snow, but money is really tight right now.

I found a pair of Goodyear Triple Tread 195-60-15's used for about 75ish.

Can I run 60's in the front and 55 in back without and catastrophic consequences, until I can buy a whole new set of tires?

The worst that could happen will be a abs light on if yuor car is equiped with it .

Swap the back and rear wheels until you can afford a set. The rear of the car doesn't do much anyways and you just have to to be a bit more cautious.
