I just installed front and rear progress sways, and my rear one i installed with the factory end links because the ones it came with werent long enough and the end of sway bar was hitting the shock. I t still is at the bottom, but not as bad...plus I have factory struts with eibachs....I will be switching to full coil overs soon, so hopefully that will change all together.

On another note, I installed on a lift...took me ten minutes.

EDIT: Referring to b13--
This. Installation was easy except for the fact that the end links hit the struts. Kind of fucked up, and I guess people find clever ways around it--I still haven't. I have stock suspension, btw.

On my B13 it was a big pain. The issue was getting the weight of the car on the hubs so that the bar would be "neutral" when the car was on the ground. As I understood it, if you have the car jacked in the air with the wheels just dangling in the air, when you put the car back on the ground the bar would already be affecting the suspension. So at least on a B13 it can be a little difficult. See this thread for B13 info, not sure how applicable it might be on a B14:

(Assuming B13)
When I installed mine, I didn't think it was complicated at all. I used the Progress endlinks no problem. They are adjustable.

As for the brackets on the hubs and getting them to be parallel to the ground, not complicated but does take several steps.
~Mount the brackets on the hubs and bolt them on, but do not tighten.
~With the car on the ground and settled to ride height, use a large screwdriver or pry bar to make them parallel to ground
~Jack up car, remove wheel, and torque them down without disturbing the position of the bracket.

Done.
again assuming B13
