Lisle 20400
Anyone use the lisle 20400 on the kyb agx rear shocks? seems to be the only tool that does it, and the channel lock/rubber hose trick doesn't get it tight enough for my liking.

Kinda lost here... You're talking about tightening the nut after the strut and spring are put together? Or taking the nut off the strut after you pull the strut off?

Tightening after it's together. The stupid shaft just keeps spinning, and the kyb says torque to mfg specs which is 62-72 ftlbs

crap - apparantly it doesn't do 17mm. ARG this SUCKS, how the hell did anyone else do this to mfg specs for tq, I dont understand it!

Impact gun - keeps it from spinning and you'll be finished before you finish searching.

Yep.

All I do is drop the car onto the pavement after I install them and get the nuts on the first few threads. The weight of the vehicle helps.
