i have used front b13 se-r front springs in place of b14 front springs on my old 98 sentra se. its about a inch shorter and installs exactly the same. it dropped the front about and inch and rode the same.

I missed this thread but...This is correct,Hank and I put our heads together and I confirmed this to be true per FSM

NX springs fall right between the B14 and B13SE-R springs in height.
So ......if you were gonna Rally(or DONK:rofl a B13 SE-R ,NX or B14 springs would raise the car up some for more ground clearance.

If I had a daily NX or B14 with stock suspension,I would do the B13 fronts for sure, since both cars seem too high in the front from the factory,IMO..

We just used a torch to heat up my buddy's stock springs while on the car with the car on the ground, just pull the torch off when you get the desired ride hight. Car still rides great, just a little stiffer.

Been like that for over 6 months at least, we didnt get it glowing hot or anything. It doesnt take a whole lot of heat with the weight of the car on it.

if you simply can't be seen in a se-r setup for off-roading, for less than $40 you could use your oem springs and clamp 2 coils together. there are clamps made for that purpose. i wouldn't suggest any high performance driving though.
