Anyone using this FSTB? It looks like a decent bar, it reminds me the OEM strut bar in my Spec V

Lmao, if you have a stock setup (b14 or b13) and throw this on there, say hello to an "Increased understeer"

There is no way to preload or pretension the bar. If it fits sloppy, it will not do anything. It only uses 2 of the 3 strut mounting studs. This could allow the base plate to flex.

And what do you think about these ones, front and rear

You still have not said what application the car will be used for.

Race, drag, or street? Will you daily drive the car?

Let us know. Just by looks those appear better but strut bars are very over rated if you are going to DD the car and that is all.

I rarely drag my car and I have never been able to auto X it. I would LOVE to, but I DD this car probably 40 miles a day and I am trying all I can to reduce understeer in the B14.

This is my daily driver, may be going to the track twice in a year.

I'm not messing with the stock springs because of the bouncy ride but I'm trying to reduce some flex from the frame.

Unfortunately There are no auto X locally and the closest race track was recently demolished.

How much can you get those strut bars you had pictures for? Hopefully cheap. I would spend 40 or 50 bucks top for each of those bars.

They appear better than the first one you posted because they use all three holes to mount to.

If I would track my track only twice, it would be dependent on the class and opponents whether or not I would get a strut bar. However, if I were to be serious, I would get the Cusco one featured at a discounted rate (because of LIUSPEED on this very forum) and call it a day. Here is the link for the thread.
