If you don't still have the Tein installation instructions go online and copy them. I have a B13 and the instructions give the measurements from the center of the wheel hub up to the fender lip as a "reference value" .
For the B13 it's 12.2" front and 11.8" rear but I'm almost positive the B14 is higher.
