You really, really don't want "everyone's opinion."

What you should look for is the opinions of actual suspension guru's, guys that seriously, no-bullsh*t, know what they are talking about.

That you can find in the thread posted below. For everyone and anyone, your question could have a different answer.

On my monitor The Suspension Thread is located about one inch (1") from the Thread Starter button.

1.6se-r, once you have 1) read the thread, and 2) looked at the "Recommended Suspension Set-ups", then you should 3) come back and ask any further questions from an educated standpoint.

We'll be happy to help.

You didn't find what you are looking for in the suspension thread? That's everything we have after almost 20 years of B13 existence.

my honest opionion depends on what you'll be using the suspension for. Spirited daily driver? Race Track? Drag Strip? For a spiritied daily driver with occassional track/autocross duty, I think one of the better setups is the custom shortened koni's (CSK's) and Gen2 Hypercoil springs if you can find any. They offer a soft ride and great handling. If you want it a little stiffer, go with RM springs or KYB AGX struts... if you have a lot of money to spend, progress makes great coilovers.. and I think you can get them on sale from Greg at www.gspecperformance.com.

The B13 doesn't do well when you lower it too much, so if you only want the slammed look, you can lower the car more, but your ride will suffer from the struts bottoming out.. oh yeah, you gotta get some quality bump stops, even if you shorten your koni struts...

anyway, sorry for being an assh0le..

We (OEM) can make you a set of CSK yellows on Hypercoil coilovers on our pillow ball camber, caster adjustable mounts. That is the best setup in my opinion.
