You need to flip the mount bracket on the block the other way it is upside down.
There is even an arrow that is suposed to points up on the bracket and you have it pointing down.
This puts alot of strss on the front mount and causes it to oval out the hole in the mount.
I am sure you are hearing a metal on metal sound on deceleration where it knocks.
