B14 Koni Rears
Looking to replace the B14 rear suspension. I am running 8 way GAB righ now, both blown. What are the options for the rear using Koni? I would really like a set of yellows but reds are fine. I am running Eibach pro kit

check out Shox.com. A buddy of mine got a complete package of Red Koni inserts and Eiback Prokit springs for his A31 maxima and he loves it.

You can do the B14 rear reds or get the 02+ SpecV yellows, both work great. Do not go over 350lbs on the SpecV's though. More info in the suspension thread.

Yeah I dint see anything on the rears, it seems as though Shawn was speaking about the fronts and B13 rears.

i agree, 350punds is a fair wack of spring pressure for the street.
Most coilover packages come in at around 4-5.5kg (225-307lbs).

If the car was aimed at circuit racing i would be going up near 7kg (391lbs) rears with about 25% greater front spring rate.

Koni Red will be fine for the street, not sure if you guys push them hard enough to warrant the yellows?

Most use the yellows for the cheeper price ($108 - $135) over the reds as well as the external adjustment.

Do you have to use B14 rear lower spring perches or are the Spec V ones that come with the yellows ok?
