No but that is def something to look into, it seems as though most of our business is for suspension components and it is what I like to design most ....
As far as the differing diameters ... how is it handled now? Are you boring out the entire assembly or having them made at the specified id?
I can make the assembly if needed, I was going to use the QA1 sleeve over kits or better yet if I was going to make the assembly I would just thread the od.
As you can see there are so many choices for these setups. I think Ill start with a standard street setup that will include:
Front: 8610-1409 Sport
Rear: 80-2838 Sport
Custom shortened housings
ES bump stops
ES isolator bushings
ES dust boots
Solid rear mounts w/ or w/out spherical bearings
Solid front camber or camber/caster adjustable mounts
Now WES dont jump on me but if the casing on the shocks/struts are thick enough can we just thread the od of the housing for coilover setups??
