USDM SR20DE Roller Rocker
- Head and bottom end is 100% stock, it has never been apart
- Custom intake fabricated by a friend - It's a stock VE intake manifold with the lowport DE water jacket welded on and mounting bolt holes adjusted so it is a straight bolt on affair. I am using the stock DE tb with this so that I can keep cruise. Also using the VE intake tube and a JWT popcharger on the stock maf.
- JWT S3R cams and VE dual valve springs, seats, and retainers.
- Custom equal length header (seen above), stock cat, and mandrel bent 2.5" catback exhaust.
After thinking about your idea regarding cam gears and much discussion with knowledgeable builders I am going to try adjusting them after I get the fuel situation squared away. I have a set of Custom Steel +8/-8cam gears. I'm going to start with moving exhaust to -4 and go from there. The thoughts are that I will play with exhaust first and then try adjusting intake. I will of course post results once they are in.
