will this fit on pulsar engine too?.... I read most of comment that this needs to match up with cam gears to get the full potential. don't want to throw extra more bucks....

By Pulsar I'm assuming you are talking about a GTI-R engine. In that case no, GTI-R uses mechanical vs Hydraulic lifters on a DE.
