1) Just got off the phone with the hotel we will have happy hr pricing all weekend at the hotel bar
2) No outside alcohol in lobby meeting areas and outside decks of hotel
3)The hotel will be closing off a section of the parking lot just for us please no glass bottles i have purchased plastic cups for drinks please keep parking lot area clean
