Fixed my cruise control thanks to @eggman for hooking me up with a cruise control servo which is no longer available from Nissan.

Just ordered prothane mounts and front sway bar bushings, need an alignment, adjust position of fuel pump, fix loose ground wire running from the fuel pump to sending unit, install oil pan and gasket, oil change, trans fluid change, install distributor, remove power steering pump and install gutted pump, possibly remove emissions system (no more emissions testing) detail inside and out (likely the day before I leave).

Well, looks like my JDM Nismo carbon lip showed up today, and got it installed before leaving work. So now I have some eye candy for everyone to enjoy.

throw out bearing reseat/replace
clutch cable install
4 wire o2 sensor install
way bar bushings
wideband o2 sensor purchase/install
rear squeak diagnose/repair
N1 cam/springs/retainers
Intake Manifold
Base tune for N1 cams, 9000 rpm, Cobra TPS, N60 MAF
remove 2.5" exhaust and get 3" stainless setup
dent removal (as good as it gets)

Deleted some to do items, went another route.. Added some to "done" list

Install cluster in SE-R from the NX2000 and pray Speedo works. Install radio in car, replace missing interior trim, clean interior, wash and wax... replace 1 wheel stud and all lug nuts.
