UPDATE:
As of today (Friday, May 3rd) we have 36 rooms reserved. The management has agreed to extend the offer two weeks. Please do not wait as there are only 20 something rooms left unreserved for our weekend. So you now have until May 19th to get the discounted rate. Or until the hotel is full, whichever comes first.

hope i can come its close to a 1000 mile drive over 12 hr drive need to make sure all care are fully functioning

As we get a little closer to the event you'll start to see caravan threads pop up in the convention section. You may want to get in the one that will be coming through your area. Not only is it fun, but it's a good way to insure, if you have issues with your car, you have help around if you need it.

I'm heading down on Tuesday (6/4). No roomates, but I got a room with one single sized bed (best rate available). My guess is the room is dinky compared to the double or king rooms. If you need a place to crash, there's always the floor.
