Thread: My girlfriend in the maroon se-r

As most people know my girlfriend took our parts se-r out on Saturday at the drag strip, it was her first time ever on the track and her first convention as well... i told her Friday i wanted her to race and this was the perfect opportunity, and i couldn't have been more right... even though she was in one of the slowest sentras there, she still kicked ass if you ask me...

The one thing about the se-r community that I've always loved is the support from other enthusiasts, and you guys proved it once again... the encouragement and supprt and cheering was truly amazing and it made her feel great! She litetally had a smile on her face until we went to sleep that night... she had one of the best weekends of her life and told me she completely understands now why i am so into these cars.

So i would like to sincerely thank everyone that was there or heard about and told her good job or cheered her on and screamed when she won... and Re-spect for letting her drive your car down the track... it truly shows what this group is all about and why we travel so far just for a weekend together... it always has and always will mean a lot to mel knowing this is the group i chose to be a part of...

Also, on a side note... thank you to Mark (marksr20) for inviting me into the sr20deep group and picture... it means so much and is an honor to be part of a group with such elder members and knowledgeable people...

This has personally been the best convention of my life and one of the best weekends of my life

Preach Sam!!!! Em was skipping around happy as a lark. I talked to her as she was coming back to get staged up about launching and she was serious bidness! Race Face!

It was a pleasure seeing her whoop those honda guys. I wish they would have let her go down one more time in Fizel's car.

Those races were classic!

She lined up next to me on my first run. It was her first run ever. I was shocked to see her at the 1000' mark a few car lengths back off my rear quarter. She was shifting like a champ. I think you have a natural on your hands. Bravo, for beating the Honda boys!

Wish I could have been there to see the Honda boys whooped by a (very pretty) young lady in a parts-car.

I told her she was gonna have to give an old man drag racing lessons next year.

That's what it's all about right there. I'm glad you guys had such a good time. It was tons of fun watching her winning all those races.
