Haha! So uncomfortable!! But i usually set cruise at 73 on in a 65 here, just don't want to tell anyone that and they get a ticket... lol

PA cops are dicks too. Then again, any time your out of state, your gonna get your balls busted. But, you need to actually stay to the right unless your passing. I know anyone from NY is used to just hanging out in the left lane (I know I am), and have passed soooo many NYS troopers that way. But they actually pull you over for that in PA.

As far as I know radar is not illegal in Pennsylvania, in this general area, only Virginia. I have not heard that it has become illegal in PA if it has.
