Oh wow, hopefully all the cars fit! I've seen the parking lot from Google Maps areial view and it seems a little sparse.

Just buy a case's of hot dogs and burgers at GFS Rob. Probably your best bet.

I believe the plan is to park in the rear parking lot which is much larger.

You guys may want to talk to someone at Hyatt about overflow parking. There's going to be multiple cars per room plus quite a few tow rigs. I would almost bet the hotel next store is going to be busting chops when folks creep over there. Looking at the satellite image, even with the lot in the rear, I think we're way past what the place can handle. It's better to get the word out now as to what our options are, versus later when it's mayhiem and people are getting their cars towed.

I have spoken with them but, I wil make sure to call them on Tuesday to ensure that they know what to expect.

Like I mentioned before this Convention is going to be a lot bigger than we expected so a reminder to the hotel will be a good thing.
