Thread: Convention Build Status

Our new trailer getting wrapped this morning.

Thanks for the props gentlemen.


It's a *very good* 5-year old paint job, but not show-car perfect by any means. Plenty of minor imperfections that are visible upon very close inspection. It took a few more cosmetic scratches/dings than I realized when our farm got hit by a micro-burst (tornado-equivalent winds) while the car was parked out of my shed. Excellent timing by that bitch Mother Nature.

I'll just have to get it freshly re-painted in the next five (5) or so years.

However, with a helluva wax job, it still looks entirely Convention Presentable.

Well I have come to the point that the car will not be ready but, I will be taking it to the picnic thanks to Shawn B...

So with that said I am finishing up the cosmetic mods so it at a very minimum will look somewhat decent.



Here is the interior all fiished up.


As for the extiror I am waiting on some goodies.

Hopefully my car will be road worthy after this weekend with a quick paint job. The full restore will be happening over next winter so no making fun haha
