Thats a fine offer,Ben.However,I dont think I can take the time off needed to drive a couple days each way ,not to mention costs related to the drive.
I have to fly or not go at this point.
I may take you up on the hotel though.
I was hoping to find a single member to slpit all the costs,for simplicity sake.
But whatever gets me there,I am down for it

Most everyone who knows me will tell you I would do anything to help others,too. Thats what its all about.
I am not looking for handouts by any means.I just need to make it a little more affordable.
In a perfect world ,I would be towing my B13 behind my Frontier,but thats not in the cards this year.

If I fly and didnt get a rental,would anybody be willing to pick me up at the airport,and maybe take me back??
I really dont need a car if I can stay around the hotel and bum rides to the track ,or whatever.

I really want to go,and need to get plane tickets sooner than later,but its not looking good if I have to front the whole plane/hotel/car costs...plus the food,activities,drinks,and whatnot.

Jay, If I end up going to this I wouldnt mind picking you up if nobody else can. Going to figure things out and see if Ill be able to make this.

CLE - Airport, it just 11 miles east from the hotel. I know, I tried to go, but somebody at my work already had those days off. This really gets me mad.

Another thing is, when I tried to see if they have rooms available the website said, no rooms available. But I'm sure if you go somebody will share a room.
