I'll probably sign up for the track day. Atlanta to Wisconsin is a long drive so I don't know about Sat, and Sunday as I'll probably use that time to get back home. Originally I wasn't into the idea of American drifting because well it was a mass migration of Ricers into the drifting scene. However I've come to realize that drifting is a cool test of car control. When it is done well I think it might be entertaining.
I really don't mind that its not solely focused on the SE-R crowd anymore. I think of it like ok we get to check out other cool nissans, and well a lot of us like other Nissan models. Also for the single guys It means possibly more chicas on track to socialize with
. I mean realistically how many chics are into SE-R's, lol.
Also I'm thinking we as a group could keep SE-R track days alive on a smaller scale. Lets just get more guys out there to build track cars!!! By this I mean full racers , and time trial machines. There are various groups out there across the country that put on track days. We can all get on here or the old forum, and set up group participation at these track days.
I'd say in the next year or two I'd like to head out to the Type R expo with some Se-R guys. Just to see what we can do against Hondas R.
