Thread: Door trim rubber?

I'd like to replace all the door/window rubber trim and seals, but my normal source is showing that Nissan no longer stocks these items... Does anyone know of a good source for these? I'd prefer OEM, but could go after market if the quality was good.

Pretty much your only option unless you can find some good shape used ones.

Yep, basically I'm considering a full repaint if the car, and if I'm going to spring for that, I figure it's a bit half-completed if I don't replace all the rubber trim as well. I'm still not having much luck though. I wonder if Nissan of Mexico (or another country) still offers then - anyone know?

You're out of luck for any 2door stuff. 200sx wasn't sold in Mexico, as far as I'm aware.

Hmm... That's too bad. I know it was offered in other markets though, including Japan... Perhaps they still have the trim available. Does anyone have any contacts in Japan that can check for us? I'm sure I'm not the only one who's going to be after these in the next few years... just look at the B13 Sentra/NX crowd.

You can see if @b15azn can help out. Hes been making things for b13 and can also source oem mouldings in japan for b13. Couldn't hurt to ask him if anything can be had for b14.
