Pretty shocked on how well you refer to a car part as i see on your signature you're a n15 parts seller, being said it is NOT an s chassis thing bru, its in honda, toyota bla bla bla pretty much in every 2nd generation car part as it is well stated on the definition above, onother well example is the vzr kuoki fronts and rears as true car enthusiasm crowd would refer them and well distinguished them as kouki but just a thought same rule applies to the lucino fronts and corners but i guess thats none of my business since i dont sell parts what would i know.

What does me selling n15 have to do with this?

Just b/c I see the term zenki/kouki, I identify that mostly with the S-chassis. Just b/c you see N15, most n15 guys I know refer their cars as S1/S2 (Series) or P1/P2 (Phase), not zenki or kouki.

I would keep calling mine kouki since its the 2nd generation part of my b14 simple as that. in this case s13 s14 guys would have called their 2nd generation parts bubble? Makes me think im chewing gum bru. Lol

^^^^^ And you win the internet for taking things out of context. Stop twisting the car terms, you sound like an idiot. As far as I know, you're the only one here referring the bubble tails as kouki, just retarded.

I own a kouki 720, a chuki Z31, a kouki B13, and a zenki F15 Juke.

For those that said a zenki/kouki is an s-chassis term, just stop typing and wasting internet server memory.
You really need to read the definitions of the terms and quit spewing interwebz garbage rehash. The terms zenki, chuki, and kouki are legitmate Japanese language words and apply to all vehicular vernacular vocabulary.
The terms come in handy when referring to parts of a car that are different for certain years of the same chassis. Such as 91-92 B13 is a zenki, and 93-94 B13 is a kouki for example.

Guys no need to be mean to each other.. we are all on the same team. While I never heard of 98 SE-R tails being called Koukis, if you want to call them that its all good.

This will be the last post i will make regarding the correct terminology, last 3 post above you Clearly shows you are the person that actually needs a reading class since you dont understand these are terms that people take pride of and used them on a well routinely basis to specifically identify a certain car/chassis/model part. Educate yourself on the terms or just dont post more trash stop burning yourself its for your own good. Stop cussing that just show how immature you are. If the cussing persist will definitely escalate to a moderator for banned purposes. Thanks have a good rest of your day.

Hmmm, last I checked, my B14 was made in Tennessee... I'm all for using the domestic terms for where a car was manufactured. If it makes you feel cooler to call the tails/model years by their Japanese equivalent terms, go for it. Most of us will just contine to call them bubble tails - they look nice btw.

Added: Also, in 20 years of owning my B14 and even longer being in this community and Japanese car culture... This is the first time I've seen our cars refered to by their JDM equivalent terms. Most just refer to them as early or late model B14s. Maybe you'll be the first to start this trend.
