Light Weight B14s
I'm curious what you guys have done for weight mods? With out going too extreme and driving a tin can? Oh and please specify Street, Strip, Daily etc...

For instance my B14 is full interior, with no AC(under the hood, under dash is still there), and 90% of the time I don't have anything(even a spare) in my trunk. No idea what she weighs and its a VE

My last car had carbon hood, truck, stripped sound deadening, no ac or power steering, and no heater, blower motor and Status Ring seats. IIRC the car was at 2167 or so. Still had full interior, radio with 4 speakers, and a harness bar. Also had a 1/3 tank of gas

From what I've seen with the carbon fiber hoods, they weigh more than the stock ones due to the bracing needed for structural rigidity.May not be so on our cars, but a lot of the ones I've seen on trucks and various Honda stuff.Sub 2200 is my current goal, but I still have to keep the interior minus the rear seat, for SCCA purposes Gotta say 2167 is pretty admirable!
