Thread: Anyone ever install train horns?

Hey guys. I know the process and everything for installing the train horns. My question to you is - where to place them? I've lurked around for a bit and I can't seem to find any posts that have a good spot to hide 'em. I was thinking on the driver's side right behind the back bumper. Maybe fab up a mount to bolt to the frame. Ideas anyone?

I considered that. I'm just trying to be covert about it. Cops can be a bit douchey around these parts.

I was thinking of making a bracket to go around the rear beam that would mount the horns to there.

Ok, I have to ask... why? I got it if your an a$$hat who doesn't have the morality or maturity to realise how dangerous or harmful this can be to others, but I'll give a fellow SE-R owner the benifit of doubt. So again, why?

Why not where CAI filter would go and run your airlines to the back.
