Did you try just swapping out injectors/use your old fuel rail?

B13 injectors go out every once in a while. I know I've had to replace two of mine.

First check each injector connection to see if there getting current and firing properly with a dieod tester you and use a test light if you don't have one. Check the spark on each spark plug wire when you unplug the wire one at a time and the miss fire dosent change swap that injector for that specific cylinder to another one if the problem follows the injector you have a dead or leaky injector I had a miss fire in cylinder two I move that injector to cylinder three and the problem follow I knew it was the injector also there is a thread on here for idle problem you should read it to help with further diagnosis
